Don't Be Fooled

Some of the ingredients in our products are dangerous. In many  cases a toxic product  won't kill you right away but many times they slowly erode our health subtly without r us ever really even noticing it. Silently affecting our hormones, brain function or nervous system.

Nowadays it is important to be able to identify and avoid unhealthy chemicals that are in many of the popular personal care products that we use. There are a lot of people out there that don't take the time to learn what they need to know about the ingredients in the personal care products that they are using everyday.

Our society has become so used to just getting up using the same soaps, lotions and shampoos that we don't even question the ingredients or chemicals that they contain.  Because these things are usually ignored it often affects us in unforeseen ways that we could not have predicted.

In most cases you will not die from using a bad product but there are many health implications that are subtle and long lasting. This is why it is important for us to change our mindset about our life and the products that we use. Taking control of your life starts with becoming aware of the things that negatively impact your existence.

Once you change your mindset for the better your life will change for the better. But it all starts with how you think about your life and how you want to improve it going forward. We will take this journey toward self-empowerment together as well as provide you with healthy alternatives.

1. The Person Who Can't Learn

Some people feel they can’t learn due to past failures or a lack of confidence. They might have had negative experiences in educational settings or believe that learning is too difficult. This mindset can lead to stagnation, where individuals miss out on opportunities for personal growth and improvement. The result of this mindset is often a cycle of missed chances and limited progress, as they avoid challenges and new experiences. To break this cycle, it's essential to start with small, manageable learning goals and gradually build confidence. Learning is a skill that improves with practice, and overcoming the belief of “I can’t” can open doors to new possibilities and achievements.

2. The Person Who Doesn't Want to Learn

There are those who actively choose not to engage in learning. This might stem from a lack of interest or a belief that what they know is sufficient. They may be comfortable with their current knowledge and reluctant to invest time and effort into learning something new. The result of this decision is often a lack of growth and adaptation, which can lead to missed opportunities and outdated skills. Embracing learning, even in small doses, can enrich life experiences and keep individuals competitive and informed in an ever-changing world. The key is to find aspects of learning that align with their interests to make the process enjoyable.

3. The Person Who Doesn’t Think They Need to Learn

Some people believe they already know enough and see no need to pursue further education. They might think their existing knowledge is sufficient or that learning is only for those who are struggling. This mindset can result in complacency and a failure to adapt to new developments or innovations. Over time, this can lead to being left behind as the world evolves. Recognizing the value of continuous learning can significantly enhance one's life and impact. By staying curious and open to new ideas, individuals can continually improve their lives and contribute positively to those around them. Embracing a mindset of lifelong learning can lead to greater success and fulfillment.

Natural Health

It is our responsibility to know what we are putting in and on our body. Don't depend on a company or government agency to educate you on the chemicals used in their products.

Educate Yourself to Be Healthy

Take it from someone who has had a lot of health issues that healthcare is very expensive. It does not matter how much money you have one health even can bankrupt you just to become healthy.

All you really have is your health but many of us never think about it until it's too late. The first step to being healthy is to learn more about your environment and what may be lurking in our everyday products that may be causing potential health issues. Unfortunately, although we have several government agencies that are supposed to look out for public safety when it comes to the ingredients that are in some products, often they fail to correct or even find the problem until the product has affected the health of the consumer.

The FDA, EPA, HHS and the CDC are the current systems used to protect the health of the public by detecting  unhealthy chemicals in our personal care products. Although there are methods in place many of these unhealthy chemicals still make it into our homes and on our bodies. In several cases people have been able to bring the problem to public attention and obtain financial retribution for their illness but it's difficult to prove that a person's cancer or illness is linked to a single product.

Usually when there is a civil litigation it is based on a whistle blower that releases the company's internal documents that reveal that the company was aware of health risks yet refused to inform the public or remove the dangerous chemical from the product. There are several cases where large companies have neglected to place the health of their customers over the company profits.
